Senior Process Engineer
to lead the scaling of core material production processes. This is a hands-on, on-site role that bridges R&D innovation with commercial readiness. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, working with equipment, and bringing ideas to life in a real-world environment, wed love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead the design, sourcing, and installation of pilot-scale processes Operate, troubleshoot and resolve process issues Translate lab methods into robust pilot plant protocols using real-time data Mentor junior team members on safe, effective engineering practices Create and maintain SOPs, P&IDs, change control, and maintenance logs Lead or support safety reviews (PHA, MOC), ensuring full EHS compliance
What Were Looking For
Demonstrable experience in process development, pilot plant engineering, or scale-up Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering Experience working in a high-hazard/chemical manufacturing environment Familiarity with PLC systems, DAQ tools and software
