Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a AI Systems Architectto be a part of our Consulting team.The AI Systems Architect is responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing AI/ML systems across toll management platforms. They define the technical architecture, data flows, model deployment strategies, and governance frameworks for AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Design & Architecture

Define the AI architecture roadmap for toll operations (e.g., intelligent toll collection, fraud detection, predictive traffic management).

Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

Select and integrate AI platforms, cloud services, and MLOps tools (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI). Data & Integration

Define data architecture for handling toll transaction data, ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) images, IoT sensor feeds, and payment logs.

Ensure secure integration of AI systems with tolling software, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.

Collaborate with data engineers to implement scalable data lakes/warehouses.

Security & Compliance

Embed AI security and privacy controls to protect sensitive data (vehicle IDs, payment info).

Ensure compliance with AI ethics, GDPR/DPDP, PCI-DSS, and transportation authority regulations.

Collaborate with AI Security Analysts to prevent adversarial ML attacks.

Performance & Scalability

Architect solutions for low-latency AI inference (e.g., real-time vehicle recognition at toll gates).

Optimize models for edge devices, cloud, and hybrid deployments.

Ensure high availability and fault tolerance for mission-critical toll systems.

Governance & Leadership

Establish AI model lifecycle management (MLOps) including versioning, retraining, and monitoring.

Define standards for AI explainability, fairness, and transparency.

Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams.

Advise executives on AI strategy and technology investments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an AI Architect, ML Engineer, or Solution Architect.

Strong knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with MLOps platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).

Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of distributed systems, data engineering, and microservices architecture.

Understanding of AI security, compliance, and ethical AI principles.

Certifications (): Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, TOGAF, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer.
