Enterprise Cybersecurity Business Intelligence Developer

The Opportunity: As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will apply expertise in business intelligence to develop custom visualizations and outputs that integrate with Power BI. You will engage with stakeholders to comprehend client challenges, prototype new ideas and technologies, and help create solutions that drive the next wave of innovation. You will ensure the quality delivery of software through thorough testing and reviews, and develop, implement, and support the usage of data visualization toolkit, configuration, deployment and usage. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. You will work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. As an Enterprise Cybersecurity Business Intelligence Developer on our team, you'll develop and maintain 15+ Power BI dashboards, 10+ audiences and 1 Power BI appand document data transformations, dashboards, and automated metrics in a team Confluence page. You'll extract, transform, and load data from varied data sources using python or SQLand AI expertise by simplifying technical requirements and trends. You will grow your communication and technical skills by merging consulting and technology to create automated and efficient solutions. You Have: 5+ years of experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools to aggregate and analyze data collected from various sources, such as Power BI or Tableau

5+ years of experience using advanced analytical methods, storytelling methods, and data visualization tools to develop data-driven narratives

Knowledge of front-end design and data visualization techniques and UI/UX methodologies and best practices

Ability to simplify complex concepts and distill information into coherent and compelling narratives, making it accessible to a broad audience

Ability to collaborate with business analysts or users to clarify requirements and work closely with different business groups to comprehend and respond to their reporting and dashboard needs

Ability to demonstrate clean coding habits, pay strict attention to detail, and focus on quality

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to be self-motivated

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 3+ years of experience working with SQL or Python languages

Experience in User Experience (UX) and design

Experience with analytics and data science techniques, including natural language processing, random forest, clustering, optimization, and linear programming

Knowledge of experimental research methodologies

Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Technology or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
