Nocturnist Trauma Surgery APP Needed Immediately in Mansfield, TX

Methodist Medical Group is seeking a full-time nocturnist Physician Assistant for the

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center

to work collaboratively with four Trauma specialist physicians, along with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Methodist Mansfield is currently a Level 3 trauma center in pursuit of Level 2 designation. This highly regarded, acute-care facility has 262 beds, 40 ED rooms, 29 ICU’s and 8 OR’s. Methodist Mansfield has celebrated over fifteen years of serving the community. The hospital has over 75 specialty services and has achieved exceptional safety scores, earned local and national honors and Magnet designation. Methodist Mansfield is ranked among the top five percent in the nation for patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include rounding on trauma patients postoperatively in the ICU, CC and Trauma floors. The Physician Assistant will work closely with the Trauma Medical Director.

Successful candidate will be employed by Methodist Medical Group, an affiliate of Methodist Health System. Salaried position with excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will possess postgraduate experience in the ICU, CC, and/or Trauma units. However, we will consider applicants demonstrating a strong interest in trauma and exceptional interpersonal skills.
