The Recruiter will work proactively to grow our Locum Tenens service line by initiating contact with physicians and introducing them to a locum tenens career with Aya Healthcare. Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $57,000 annually, plus commissions. The actual pay may vary based on experience. Bonuses are at the manager's discretion.
