We are accepting applications for a full time Human Resources Coordinator to be part of our growing Human Resources Team. This position will be based out of our North Billerica, MA office. Candidate must be team oriented, resourceful, organized, competent, confidential, trust-worthy, accountable, and employee focused with exceptional ability to listen, communicate, comprehend timely actions, and frame effective solutions in a fast-paced working environment. Requires the highest level of professionalism. Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Professional and polished demeanor are important. Candidate will demonstrate evidence of and practice of full confidentiality. Candidate must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong technical skills. Ideal candidate should possess college degree and/or related work experience in the field of HR and/or Employee relations.This role with assist with administrative support in areas such as but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, orientations, hire packets, school registrations, tracking and coordination of apprenticeships programs, assisting with training set-ups & documenting, review handling, compiling and updating employee data and ongoing upkeep / maintenance of HR module etc.
