We're hiring a Project Controls Scheduler to manage the engineering and construction schedules for large-scale industrial projects using Primavera P6, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across design, procurement, manufacturing, and construction. What You'll Do: Manage and update Primavera P6 project schedules across engineering and construction phases Coordinate with design, supply chain, manufacturing, and construction teams to optimize timelines Lead weekly updates and monthly project schedule review meetings Support BI and productivity tracking to inform schedule durations Contribute to proposal and study schedule development Prepare earned value, manpower, and installation progress reports Perform delay analysis and recovery planning Use Acumen Fuse, Power BI, and SQL for schedule analytics and reporting Assist in lessons learned and process improvement initiatives Travel to project sites as needed for schedule validation and team collaboration Required Qualifications: ~ 5+ years of experience in Project Controls or Scheduling Proficient in Primavera P6 Strong communicator and proactive collaborator Proven ability to meet deadlines on complex, multi-phase industrial projects Must have heavy industrial construction project experience Preferred Skills: 4D scheduling experience Familiarity with InEight Estimating (formerly Hard Dollar) Experience with Acumen Fuse, Power BI, and SQL Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management About the Company: Headquartered in the Atlanta area with origins in Chattanooga, TN, this engineering firm specializes in power generation and energy infrastructure projects across the Southeast and beyond.
