We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Change Director to drive the people side of change for a large business transformation initiative anchored by the implementation of a new ERP system. This role will prepare, equip, and support employees across globally decentralized businesses to adopt new ways of working, processes, and technologies. Change Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with transformation goals; conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations; partner with leaders to embed change leadership and drive data quality and process ownership; integrate change activities into the transformation project plan. Communication Leadership:

Design and deliver a multi-channel communication strategy; craft messaging for diverse audiences; socialize plans with HID forums; manage timelines, content, and feedback loops. Training & Enablement:

Design and deliver targeted training programs to support adoption; align content with processes, roles, and system capabilities; drive user acceptance testing with process owners; monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed. Engagement & Readiness:

Build awareness and commitment; deploy readiness assessments and pulse surveys; establish a change network of BA Super Users; identify and mitigate risks and resistance. Stakeholder Management:

Serve as trusted advisor to steering committee, senior leadership, and workstream leads; facilitate alignment workshops. Monitor and Evaluate:

Define success metrics; track adoption and ownership of the ERP; adjust strategies based on data and business needs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in change management or transformation leadership Change management certification preferred Expert understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices Proven success in large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and its impact on business processes Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills Experience with project management and Agile methodologies; ability to integrate change management into project plans Ability to coach and support leaders through change; influence others; collaborate effectively; work in complex, decentralized, global environments What We Offer
