Estimating & Proposal Development Prepare and assemble bid proposals, including detailed cost estimates. Perform full material and labor takeoffs. Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors. Attend pre-bid and pre-job meetings. Conduct site visits to assess project scope and conditions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients. Negotiate and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts. Cost Management
