What You'll Do:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process Present new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and product knowledge Build lasting relationships through follow-up and exceptional service Collaborate with our finance and management teams to close deals smoothly Stay current on inventory, promotions, and Ford/Lincoln product updates
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a desire to exceed goals Prior automotive sales experience is not required.
We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
