Overview

We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to support the measurement and characterization of cellular radio hardware designs across a wide range of products. This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in RF testing and a passion for wireless hardware development. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a lab environment, enjoys debugging complex RF setups, and is passionate about automation and data integrity. Responsibilities

Execute RF OTA test programs across multiple wireless technologies. Debug test setups and identify anomalies in real-time. Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for lab testing. Analyze test results and generate detailed reports. Collaborate with global teams in Madrid and China to ensure test consistency and quality. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Ability to debug test setups and recognize invalid data early. Experience with test data triage and reporting. Skills: Python, C++, software testing, hardware, RF testing, automation, soldering, cable work. Experience Level

Intermediate Level Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
