HR Generalist
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Serve as a visible and approachable resource for employees and supervisors on the production floor. Oversee the entire recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions, from job postings to extending offers. Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience to ensure new hires are well-prepared for success. Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, effective communication, and employee engagement strategies. Maintain compliance with HR policies and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulations. Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking to ensure accurate processing. Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and plant leadership to promote a safety-first culture. Enhance employee engagement through recognition programs and culture-building initiatives. Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of HR laws and compliance standards. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to work across multiple shifts and spend time on the production floor. Ability to lead with influence and maintain an approachable demeanor. What We Offer
