Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating operation during UGA Athletics game days. Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests while maintaining a service first and solution-minded attitude. Present exceptional interpersonal skills, via in-person or radio, by communicating with multiple constituent groups on game days including staff, donors, vendors, etc. Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures. Percentage of time:

Perform all pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties specific to your positions as assigned by the Director of Premium Seating. Assist in game week preparations of the Premium Seating operations. Percentage of time:

Provide support for the game day operation and management of all premium seating spaces of University of Georgia Athletic Association by serving as goodwill ambassadors to all premium seating guests while implementing operational and procedural policies set forth by UGAAA.
Ambassadors are hourly employees who will work home football, mens basketball, womens basketball, and baseball events. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :
Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a team-oriented environment preferred. Customer service experience preferred but not required. Physical Demands:
-Lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.-Work while handling outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.-Standing for long periods of time.-Close and distance vision, and peripheral vision.-Talk or hear and manage the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but escalates to high during athletic competitions. -Driving as needed for job duties.
