We are looking for an experienced Data Solutions & BI Lead with a strong background in Microsoft Fabric and desired experience in AI/ML technologies to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions, leveraging Fabric for data management and using AI/ML to provide actionable insights for the business. Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of Data/BI developers and analysts. Define and execute the BI strategy to align with business goals, ensuring data initiatives deliver measurable value. BI Solution Design & Development: Architect, implement, and manage BI reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performance analytics and reporting frameworks for self-service capabilities. Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA is required. Data Management: Oversee ingestion, transformation, and storage of data into semantic models within Fabric, integrating data from multiple sources to ensure a unified, accurate data layer for analytics and reporting. AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with business teams to implement AI/ML models and integrate them into BI dashboards and reporting tools for predictive analytics and data-driven insights. Collaboration & Communication: Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable data insights. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Data Governance & Quality: Ensure established data governance standards and processes are followed. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging BI technologies, AI/ML advancements, and Fabric capabilities; identify and implement improvements to BI tools and processes. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time, actionable insights; use AI/ML models to enhance decision-making. Support: Provide support to business users across analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, Business Objects, etc.) directly or with the support team. Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications

Bachelors Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of data and business intelligence solution architecture experience Expertise in Microsoft Fabric is required (Microsoft OneLake, data lakes, lakehouses, semantic modeling, and data warehousing capabilities including Dataflow Gen2, data pipelines, medallion architecture) Experience with Power BI and Tableau required, with the ability to design and develop complex dashboards and reporting solutions. Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Azure ML, etc.) for integrating predictive analytics and machine learning models into BI solutions. Understanding of data architecture and data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts Experience implementing self-service BI capabilities within an enterprise environment will be an advantage. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and experience with cloud-based BI and data engineering solutions. Desired programming skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and model development.
