Computer User Support Specialist
to support our customer in Patuxent River, MD. Duties
Provide technical assistance to computer/network users in concert with appropriate helpdesk support. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. Assist the acquiring and use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Provide assistance with the configuration and use of teleconferencing equipment to appropriate classification levels. Required Experience
Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Required Education
Bachelor's degree. Associate's degree plus two (2) years additional work experience or four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Security and Citizenship
Must be able to hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $68,090.42 to $102,135.62 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
