Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17.87 - $17.87 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate:
Receive incoming shipments of apparel products and verify the accuracy of the received items
Unload, unpack, and inspect merchandise for any damages or defects
Sort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management
Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements
Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks for outgoing shipments
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends
Job requirements:
1-2 years of warehouse fulfillment experience, ideally within the e-commerce apparel industry
Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferredGood verbal and written communication skills
Must have basic computer knowledge and skills
Comfortable reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Has basic computer knowledge and skills
Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift
Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled
Background check and drug test required
