Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Business Manager to drive departmental objectives by implementing operational plans, managing team performance, and ensuring resources are allocated to meet specific targets created. In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
6+ years' experience leading large scale strategic complaints transformation initiatives, redress, and remediation of customer business support initiatives and programs.
Working knowledge of several complex operations areas, including Real Estate Valuations, Tax, and Information Management to be able to make decisions independently that continue to drive business results and deliver on key initiatives.
Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, internal and external partners in implementing and delivering long-term strategic policies and processes
Strong presentation skills - written and verbal, and the experience adapting both content and presentation style to multiple audiences
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Proven ability to pull together story lines from across the teams and integrate into a broader message
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage processes and people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Must have strong relationship management and proven leadership skills, with solid conflict management, negotiation, and organizational effectiveness techniques
Job Expectations:
Ability to work the hybrid model
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
