Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator with strong electrical and LED installation experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with channel letters, metal fabrication, welding, and custom sign building. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality, durable work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble channel letters and custom signage.
Install and wire LED lighting systems, power supplies, and other electrical components.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
Cut, bend, and shape materials such as aluminum, steel, and acrylic using shop equipment.
Perform MIG/TIG welding and grinding to complete metal structures.
Safely operate fabrication tools including shears, brakes, saws, drills, and routers.
Ensure all fabricated products meet quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or sign making (channel letter experience preferred).
Proven experience with LED systems, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate accurately to specifications.
Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
OSHA, electrical, or welding certifications a plus.
