IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer

We are seeking a seasoned IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join our team in Minneapolis (Hopkins location). This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in business process automation and a strong background in enterprise system integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BAW solutions that streamline and optimize critical business operations. Location: Minneapolis Hopkins Office (Onsite Requirement: Minimum 3 days/week) Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable IBM BAW solutions to automate complex business processes. Create and configure workflows, process models, and case management solutions tailored to business needs. Integrate BAW applications with various enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Provide Level 2 support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting Familiarity with Java (preferred but not mandatory) Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Exposure to Cloud platforms and deployment strategies Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on business process automation and workflow solutions Work Environment: This role requires onsite presence at the Hopkins office at least 3 days per week.
