My client is a cutting edge, family-owned manufacturer of high-quality hydraulic products serving companies primarily in the aerospace/defense industries. Due to impressive growth, they will be investing heavily in increasing their welding capabilities. Because of this, they are seeking an Engineer with a foundation in MIG/TIG/Resistance welding to join their team!

Job Description

Develop and implement efficient welding manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and production activities. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all manufacturing operations. Support new product development by designing and refining production methods. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and enhance performance. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and performance metrics. Train and mentor production staff on best practices and updated procedures. The Successful Applicant

A degree in engineering or a related field. 2+years' experience in manufacturing, with a focus on welding operations.

Proficiency in TIG, Resistance, Laser welding preferred.

Proficiency in process optimization and production methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with industrial/manufacturing equipment and tools. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements - knowledge of AS9100 QMS is desired. What's on Offer

Base salary $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience level. Annual bonus incentives based on company performance. Annual merit reviews/performance raises. 3 Weeks PTO. Comprehensive benefits through BCBS. 401k program with employer match.
