Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $32.00/hr Modis is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist/ Service Desk Engineer to support the internal business of the fast-scaling industrial construction and HVAC firm. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting employees service request tickets on a tight-knit, and high-impact team. As the Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling first and second-level support of service requests related to all technology including but not limited to workstations, mobile devices, servers, printers, and networks, along with vendor-specific hardware and software. Pay: 25/hr - 32/hr What youll do
Maintain notification systems to respond to and triage incoming first and second-level incident support issues, and escalate to advanced IT support, as needed. Provide desktop support, infrastructure support of LAN/WAN, and wireless network systems for onsite end-users, other offices, and remote end-users. Create and modify support documentation to improve processes and procedures. What youll bring
2 years of experience working in a Windows environment. 2 years of experience in provisioning and de-provisioning Active Directory, and O365. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details to non-technical end-users. Experience in creating and modifying support documentation to improve processes and procedures.
