Weekly Experience:
All CDL holders welcome We are seeking committed truck drivers to haul merchandise for BJ's Wholesale Club. Enjoy a stable driving career with reliable home time and competitive pay! Transport store merchandise using dry van trailers. 80% of freight is drop-and-hook, and 20% is live load. Complete 6-10 loads weekly. Drive primarily in the Northeast region. Competitive Pay and Bonus Potential Earn mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance bonuses available. Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months. New drivers can earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus, also paid over 12 months. Paid orientation to get you started. Enjoy paid time off after 6 months of employment, plus 6 days of holiday pay each year. Eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay. Qualifications Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire; Schneider provides self-paced online certification training.
