International Trade Compliance Analyst
The International Trade Compliance Analyst position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Export and Import control laws and regulations; applying for all necessary Export and Import authorizations; providing training to employees and guidance/interpretation of the international trade compliance regulations. Basic Qualifications for Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 3)
Must have one of the following: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years experience in Trade Compliance, Contracts, Legal or a relevant field Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Trade Compliance, Contracts, Legal or a relevant field Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in Trade Compliance, Contracts, Legal or a relevant field Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), BATFE and other US Government Regulations Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time) Must be a US Citizen and able to work on-site in Elkton, MD or Rocket Center, WV Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 4)
Must have one of the following: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years experience in Trade Compliance, Contracts, Legal or a relevant field Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in Trade Compliance, Contracts, Legal or a relevant field Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years experience in Trade Compliance, Contracts, Legal or a relevant field Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), BATFE and other US Government Regulations Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time) Must be a US Citizen and able to work on-site in Elkton, Maryland or Rocket Center, West Virginia Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Aerospace or Defense Industry Experience Experience assessing the applicability of ITAR exemptions and EAR exceptions Proficient in the use of the OCR EASE Software Experienced and comfortable providing training in person or via virtual methods Ability to prioritize and organize own workload Attention to detail Must have both excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to work independently as well as with teams Strong collaboration and team building skills Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers Strong commitment to integrity and professionalism Primary Level Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $130,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00
