The Job function of the Facilities Coordinator is to provide technical expertise, coordination of the activities related to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) maintenance of the Branch facilities, equipment, utilities and supporting services and to collaborate in this aspect to the GMP compliance of the facility. Main Duties And Responsibilities
Coordination and follow up of the compliance of the Annual Schedule of Maintenance and Calibration planned for the Branch. Coordinate the maintenance, calibration, and qualification services from the appointed vendors ensuring that the service of the vendors meets the technical and GMP requirements. Ensure technical maintenance of the Branch for other supporting services: Alarm system, CCTV system, Access control system, Security system, Fire prevention and suppression system. Ensure emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Monitor CMS (Central Monitoring System) performance in terms of hardware functionality and required maintenance to ensure CMS proper performance at the Branch (internet service, LAN connectivity to CMS server, installation conditions). Coordinate CMS sensor challenge testing and CMS sensor calibrations. Monitor CMS alerts and raise corresponding alerts documentation as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Lead the alarm response team group and activities for CMS alarms response. Coordinate qualification activities to GMP equipment, systems, facilities with global area of Validation and Qualification and Qualification vendors. Manage GMP vendors for: HVAC, Cold Room, Ultra-low freezers, Freezers, Backup generator, temperature monitoring devices, electrical installation, Access control, CCTV, Security systems, Fire prevention and suppression system. Coordinate supporting services from suppliers of Pest control, Cleaning, Security, Safety at facilities, Electrical installation, general maintenance to building. Control and manage proper registering and documentation of the maintenances (corrective, preventive, emergency), calibrations and qualifications in the Branch to meet GMP, GDocP and Company SOPs. Coordinate emergency maintenance with suppliers under critical response times to prevent Temperature excursions in emergency circumstances. Member of DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and Business continuity plans. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plant engineering, Pharmaceutical production or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in technical and GMP environment required Prior working experience in a Pharmaceutical environment Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Employee Type

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $17.75/hr to $28.85/hr. Pay is based on factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. Hired applicants are offered incentive programs subject to eligibility.
