Our mission is simply the process for commercial buildings to optimize building performance and meet compliance needs. We understand that the benchmarking and performance requirement programs are burdensome, stressful, and complicated. Our team is passionate about saving time, money, and resources in ways that have a positive impact on the people and the built environment. Rather than fighting these programs, we believe there are many creative solutions to optimize building performance that will also have a positive impact on the bottom line for your business. We started Conductive Consulting to focus solely on these new programs so we can maximize the value we bring to our clients.
