Temporary Pricing Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company based in Iselin, NJ. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role will support pricing strategy development for our manufacturing operations and provide key insights through financial modeling and planning. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, and a solid understanding of cost structures and margin analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze product pricing, cost structures, and profitability across multiple manufacturing lines Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing decisions and forecasting Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align pricing strategies with business goals Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing recommendations Assist in annual planning and budgeting processes with a focus on pricing impact Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as needed Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial planning, or related roles Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) preferred Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
