Oxford Solutions has a contract-to-hire opening for a Customer Support Specialist with bilingual fluency in Korean and English to join our client's online healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries Provide accurate support for healthcare and pharmacy programs; triage when needed Document call information and maintain confidentiality of patient data Use knowledge base tools and follow company protocols Meet performance targets and contribute to improving patient experience Stay current on product updates and process changes Requirements
Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (language assessment required) High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred Customer service or inbound call center experience required Healthcare or pharmacy background strongly preferred Strong verbal/written communication and technical aptitude Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Able to work varied shifts, including rotating Saturdays
