Were looking for an Enhancement Manager. Can you picture yourself here? Youd Be Responsible For Scheduling and directing personnel and resources toward providing quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. Supporting Account Manager(s) in estimating, design and client meetings as needed, and selling enhancement services to clients, with or without base maintenance contracts. Overseeing a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams; training and developing these individuals with day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance. Understanding client needs via regular communication with Account Manager(s). Managing all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment and subcontractors to produce quality work. Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service to prepare a specific action plan. Understanding irrigation systems, identifying necessary repairs or adjustments, and communicating recommendations. Monitoring all aspects of the landscape after services and identifying insect or disease problems. Performing hands-on work with crews as needed to meet work and scheduling demands. Implementing and enforcing BrightView policies and procedures related to upkeep, maintenance, storage, use, and training for branch equipment. Working with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily crew schedules. Ensuring proper paperwork for employee changes and hires. Communicating with, counseling, training, disciplining, reviewing, and developing growth plans for employees. Hands-on training and supporting of crew members, including equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards. Focusing on safety and monitoring safety records. Maintaining administrative systems (time sheets, job databases, service schedules) and ordering materials as needed while monitoring costs and deliveries. Requesting purchase orders and using them in accordance with company guidelines. Assisting the Branch Manager in enhancement sales tasks as required.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
A minimum of a 2 year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace, including at least 1 year supervisory experience. Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes).
