Supervisor 2 IHT

The Supervisor 2 IHT provides day-to-day oversight of an IHT functional team. This role is differentiated by the Supervisor 1 IHT based on business needs of the organization relative to complexity, budget, and number of direct reports and visibility of projects. Responsibilities include: Supervising, training, and checking the work of other staff. Selecting, developing, coaching, mentoring, and assessing performance of staff. Coordinating schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels to remain compliant with department business needs. Responsible for performance appraisal for positions under their direction; providing leadership, guidance, counseling, and continuing education to staff. Ensuring all functions are performed in accordance with established organization specifications; accountable for efficiency, productivity, and quality of work for the team. Identifying problems and potential solutions to ensure department efficiency; working with staff to promote resolution of conflict and counseling staff when standards are not met. Making recommendations and assisting with developing policies and procedures for the department. Minimum qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree. Experience: 3 years relevant experience. Licenses/Certifications: None. Preferred qualifications: Understanding of Access Management Controls. Building and managing Service Management Processes.
