Position Overview: We are currently seeking a
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you'll work closely with providers and patients to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, room, and prepare patients for examinations
• Take and record vital signs and medical history
• Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
• Administer medications and injections as directed
• Perform basic laboratory procedures and collect specimens
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
• Clean and stock exam rooms and ensure clinical areas are organized
• Provide patient education and instructions per provider guidelines
• Support front office functions as needed, including scheduling and follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
•
Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to quality care
License/Certification:
EMA/EHR certification (Preferred) CPR/BLS (Preferred)
