Responsible for connecting with customers via phone calls and performing initial telephone screening of potential study participants according to study protocols. Compensation
Compensation : $19.00-20.00/h depending on education, experience, and skillset. Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants. Perform the initial telephone screening of patients per study protocols. Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner. Schedule screening appointments in Clinical Conductor. Make reminder phone calls as needed. Support and ensure adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH, GCP, CenExel standard operating procedures, site practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies. Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work and are not to be considered all-inclusive. Education/Experience/Skills
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Ability to perform detail-oriented work, have basic computer skills, and follow up on assignments. Working Conditions
Indoor, office environment. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking. Lightly active position with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Reporting to work as scheduled is essential. On-site work arrangement. About CenExel
