Release Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Release Engineer to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role would be hybrid, 3x a week onsite in North Phoenix area. This role would be responsible for leading and coordinating release activities across a Financial Crimes platform ensuring timely, secure and compliant delivery of features and enhancements. Focusing on dependencies across 5 scrum teams (all developing code and contributing code back), aligning with PI Planning cycles maintaining integrity across the environments (Dev, Test and Production). Goal is to real understand cofeatures, what version of each component is being deployed, tested and to production. Understanding the general conception of how to package software from different development teams for release. Own and manage the end to end release lifecycle for the platform components Collaborate with Dev, QA and infrastructure teams for each release phase (4 annually) Maintain and communicate release calendar and coordinate across planning, system demos and iteration reviews Drive branching strategy and version control practice across repositories, ensuring consistency and traceability Facilitate release readiness reviews including: feature tagging, test coverage validation and stakeholder sign offs.
