What You'll Do Interface with all branches to address internal and external quality issues. Maintain quality charts, reports, and facilitate rapid root-cause investigations. Drive

Continuous Improvement projects

to reduce quality escapes across sites. Partner with branch Quality Leadership to ensure customer metrics are met. Support root cause, corrective action, and process improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

(required under ITAR regulations). Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3-5 years' experience in

manufacturing and quality control methods . Strong skills in root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement. Ability to read technical prints/drawings; knowledge of inspection processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Six Sigma Greenbelt, AS9100 auditor certification (or ability to obtain), aerospace background, CNC/Mfg experience, CMM, FAI, PPAP, 8D problem solving. Why Join Us?

Job Compensation

$70K - $85k + Monthly Gainshare Incentive
