Charleston Job Corps Center Position
Wage: $17.20 per hour Schedule Varies, Full Time, 8hr shifts. What you will be doing: Replenishing napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers and condiments. Making coffee, tea and other beverages and setting up cafeteria lines and serving meals on the line. Assisting in the storage and inventory of supplies; transferring food ingredients from storage area to cooking area. Cleaning food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances. Essential functions: Assist in washing dishes/utensils, store in orderly fashion. Assist with food preparation and service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean. Promote and support positive customer service through the facility. Participate in and promote student employability programs and activities. Education and Experience Requirements: One (1) year experience as a food handler. Must possess a valid ServSafe (Food Handler) Certification. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
