Job Description:
Saint Alphonsus is seeking a locum NNP to add to their pool to provide coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Provider must be able to work in 4-5 day stints at a minimum.
Schedule: 24 hour call and rounding. Flexibility on scheduling is preferred. EMR: EPIC 90 day credentialing timeframe Must be NCC certified. Admits for Level II NICU, rounding discharge, high risk deliveries, intubation, UVC lines. *Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process
MD diploma Internship/residency/fellowship certs All medical licenses DEA Board Certification Life support cards- BLS Current and previous certificates of insurance Driver's license Professional color photo/headshot CMEs for the past 2 years Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID References Case logs Presentation Requirements:
