As a Senior Engineer, Data Science in the AdSmart Product Engineering Team, you will be responsible for data science engineering to develop platforms and products for NBCUniversals Universal Workstation. These audience management products will help NBCUniversal understand its audiences across various brands and platforms, enabling targeted advertising and better market alignment. You will analyze long-term opportunities, architect solutions, and implement code, applying data-driven and analytical approaches. You will participate in data architecture and drive data management initiatives within NBCUniversals Audience Studio group. Responsibilities

Serve as a senior data scientist for AdSmart data products. Contribute to and execute a product roadmap with stakeholders. Develop core data science services under leadership direction. Analyze results and inform engineering strategies. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Proficiency in Python modeling. Understanding of statistical concepts and experience with forecasting, optimization, deep learning, or machine learning. Experience with SQL, NoSQL, big data, and real-time technologies. Ability to switch between strategic and implementation tasks. Experience with AWS. Desired Characteristics

Experience with advertising technologies and GPU model building. Knowledge of Bayesian forecasting, neural networks, set theory, and optimization algorithms. Experience with machine learning, operations research, and data analysis. Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills. Additional Requirements
