Join Elior North America and play a critical role in protecting our data, systems, and infrastructure during a period of major digital transformation. As part of our Corporate IT and Security team, youll help safeguard the platforms that support millions of meals served daily across schools, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and more. Were looking for a proactive and strategic Information Security Manager to lead the management of a secure environment that enables innovation, scalability, and resilience. In this role, youll oversee day-to-day security operations, risk management, compliance, and incident response while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to embed security into every level of the business. As the sole IT Security professional in North America, youll report to senior IT leadership and partner closely with our Global IT Security Team in France, as well as business stakeholders and external partners, in a highly cooperative environment. What Youll Be Doing

Security Program Leadership Manage ENAs information security policies, procedures, and controls to support business objectives and align with the Global IT Security teams cybersecurity standards. Risk & Compliance Oversight Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks; manage audits and inspections; ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, SOX, CCPA, etc.). Security Operations & Incident Response Lead detection, response, and recovery activities; oversee forensic investigations; drive vulnerability management, patching, and business continuity initiatives. Team Leadership & Awareness Lead awareness and training initiatives to build a culture of accountability for security. Collaboration & Representation Act as the primary information security contact for business and IT leadership; collaborate with regulators and represent ENA in Global IT Security Teams security forums and councils. What Were Looking For

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or cybersecurity; prior leadership strongly preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Deep familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls); strong grasp of U.S. regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOX, CCPA); proven success in managing incident response and security operations. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; skilled at translating technical risks into business impact. Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent. Work Location

Compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.
