We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM – TRCS Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in Oracle's EPM suite, specializing in Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS).
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in TRCS and FCCS modules, reporting tools, and Essbase technology, and will demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.
This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance financial and tax reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of TRCS including administration, workflow, task manager, business rules, Data Management, Reporting, and SmartView.
Apply deep understanding of USA tax reporting clauses and configure tax reporting within Oracle EPM Cloud.
Support FCCS module activities including workflow, task manager, business rules, Data Management, Reporting, and SmartView.
Utilize Essbase technology and EPRCS for financial performance and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with CIS functional teams and business stakeholders across controllership and tax functions.
Design and implement system/process improvements aligned with business needs.
Provide month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support.
Document complex models and processes professionally.
Coordinate across Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure system integration.
Required Qualifications
6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM solutions. Expertise in TRCS configuration and reporting aligned with U.S. tax regulations. Proficiency in FCCS, EPRCS, and Essbase. Strong experience with SmartView, Data Management, and business rule setup. Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple operating companies in a shared services or centralized environment. Prior experience supporting end-to-end EPM implementations or upgrades. Exposure to integration between Oracle EPM Cloud and other financial systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project execution.
