We deliver our capabilities through our deliberately curated group of 6 brands, each one specializing in the following industries where a relentless supply demand imbalance exists: Supply Chain Life Sciences Technology Regulatory & Legal

Your purpose: Recruitment Consultants support our clients by identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs - and consult both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful delivery. What Phaidon International can offer you: $47,500 base salary + unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE) Get rewarded for every one of your wins from placements and headhunts to new clients signed (No threshold, quota, or draw to limit you) Merit-based promotions - opportunities to step into management or excel as an individual contributor from your performance. Training: A training program made for recruiters, by recruiters to support you from the beginning and through any challenges as your career progresses.
