Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Cyber Security Engineer who will take a position in Sterling, VA. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure software applications using C and/or C++. Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and system engineers to implement defensive and offensive cyber capabilities. Perform vulnerability assessments and integrate mitigation strategies into software solutions. Develop and maintain low-level system components, including kernel modules, drivers, and embedded systems. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding practices. Participate in threat modeling and risk analysis activities. Document software designs, processes, and procedures. Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies. Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance 8+ years of C/C++ development on Unix/Linux with Make/CMake Hands-on experience with Android or other mobile platforms Familiarity with disassemblers and decompilers (e.g., Ghidra, HexRays) Reverse engineering ARM binaries and developing proof-of-concept exploits Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, JIRA, Bamboo) Compensation
$120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience Cigna medical, dental, vision, holidays, 401k, PTO and sick leave as required by law
