Team Leader of Client Service

CSCs Corporate Transactions Sacramento team is seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of Client Service Representatives responsible for providing excellent client service while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness of corporate transaction filings. The Team Leader will supervise, manage, motivate, and guide team members daily. As the primary contact for the team, strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of leading by example to achieve team goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Create an inspiring team environment with open communication
Develop key performance indicators and clear team goals
Delegate tasks effectively and set deadlines
Oversee daily operations
Monitor team performance and conduct reviews
Handle customer complaints and escalations
Design and implement processes and operational policies
Manage employee development and training
Motivate team members to meet objectives
Identify training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team feedback and resolve issues
Recognize and reward high performance
Ensure high levels of productivity, service, and client satisfaction
Organize team-building activities
Qualifications for success:
At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service or compliance industries
Proven ability to mentor and develop employees
Strong knowledge of performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Decision-making capabilities
Effective change management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
CSC offers a salary range of approximately $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and location. Candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship. On-site presence or time zone considerations may be required based on business needs.
