Intake Transfer Clerk
Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, and the Adult population. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well. Wellstone is currently searching for an Intake Transfer Clerk. The Director of Health Information Management Services is responsible for directing the activities of the Health Information Management Services Department in the management and maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and within TJC standards for the quality of patient care. Certification accreditation as a registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) required. Hours of Work: Day shift hours and other times as indicated by immediate supervisor.
