Certified Crop Advisor (CCA)
to step into a unique and rewarding opportunity. This role is focused on
technical agronomy, not sales , serving growers across a 9-county territory. The owner has built a strong, loyal client base over decades and is looking for the right person to continue that legacy and eventually take over the established book of business. Responsibilities
Provide agronomic support, crop scouting, and fertility recommendations to growers. Build and maintain strong relationships with established clients. Deliver independent, trusted advice to maximize crop health and yield. Manage an existing 9-county territory with long-term customer loyalty. Ensure a smooth transition of services from the current owner. Qualifications
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) required. Strong background in agronomy, crop management, and fertility planning. Excellent communication skills with a grower-first mindset. Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently across multiple counties. Passion for helping farmers succeed through trusted, technical guidance. What We Offer
