Canva . As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role will involve driving key enablement initiatives across Canva's post-sale organization, designing and delivering programs that improve customer engagement, renewal, and expansion motions. This includes onboarding Success Managers and Implementation Managers, equipping them with customer playbooks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to activate new behaviors aligned with Canvas strategic goals. Youll work closely with the VP of Success, Global Customer Success Leadership, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and consistency across our Success programs. From onboarding to proactive renewal and upsell readiness, youll help translate our customer strategy into day-to-day excellence for Post-Sale ICs globally. Responsibilities
Translate customer success priorities into enablement strategies that drive customer impact. Partner with regional Success and Sales leaders to align enablement to the customer lifecycle across segments and geographies. Support and enhance onboarding experiences for new post-sale ICs and managers to accelerate time to productivity.
Program Design & Delivery
Build and launch Success Playbooks that equip CSMs with content, workflows, and best practices across onboarding, QBRs, and renewal. Deliver skill-building programs focused on customer conversations, value realization, and stakeholder management. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure enablement reflects Canvas product innovations and customer motion shifts.
Coaching & Activation
Empower front-line Success leaders to coach and reinforce high-impact behaviors. Lead enablement efforts for new Success programs like scaled success motions, customer journey initiatives, and expansion workflows. Run activations like customer success blitzes, live training, and campaign-based coaching tied to key initiatives.
Operations & Measurement
Use tools like Canva, Guru, Gong, and WorkRamp to deliver, track, and evolve enablement content. Define KPIs and feedback loops to measure enablement impact on customer outcomes like NRR, GRR, and CSAT. Maintain a central library of enablement resources including customer stories, QBR templates, and training paths.
You're probably a match if
You bring 5+ years of experience in post-sales, customer success, GTM enablement, or GTM program managementideally in SaaS or B2B tech. Youve designed and executed enablement initiatives that move the needle on new hire ramp, win rate, or deal velocity. You know how to partner with sales leaders and operate as a trusted advisor and business partner. Youre fluent in sales methodologies like SPICED, Challenger, or MEDDICCand youve coached or trained teams to apply them effectively. Youre a strong facilitator and storyteller, confident leading impactful workshops and trainings both virtually and in person. Youre comfortable with the GTM tech stack, including tools like Canva, Guru, Salesforce, Gong, WorkRamp, and Salesloft. Youre analytical and curious, able to interpret sales data, feedback, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement. You have global experience and thrive in cross-cultural, fast-changing environments. Youre a self-starter in high-growth settings whos passionate about helping others succeed.
