Annual Bonus and RSUs Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to structure business questions and develop learning plans. Coordinate with research partners to acquire inputs and synthesize findings. Develop and present research findings to stakeholders. Design, execute, and analyze consumer research projects related to shopping patterns, branding, and digital technology usage. Synthesize data from primary and secondary sources to understand key business issues. Advocate for the consumer voice in business decisions. Manage external vendors and projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Approximately 10% travel required. Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of marketing and market research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative methods. Ability to translate research into actionable insights and strategies. Leadership and influence skills to drive cross-functional alignment. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas simply. Collaborative and proactive relationship-building abilities. Experience with syndicated data analysis (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) is preferred. Education & Experience
BA/BS degree with 6-8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent. CPG or retail industry experience preferred.
