Plant Maintenance Head , you will be the maestro conducting the symphony of safety, efficiency, and innovation at our manufacturing facility. Your leadership will direct preventive and corrective maintenance, building a team that thrives in a zero-harm environment. Can you inspire your team to reach new heights and manage our operations seamlessly? We believe you can! Core Duties: Safety First Enforce compliance with safety measures and lead by example. Investigate incidents and guide safety improvements. Team Development Grow and guide a 30-member maintenance team. Implement onboarding and professional growth programs. Operational Excellence Orchestrate maintenance activities with precision. Manage CMMS systems and optimize plant processes. Resource Management Control budgetary constraints and inventory management. Oversee critical equipment maintenance and enhancement projects. Job Requirements: We seek applicants with: A High School diploma or equivalent; an engineering degree is a bonus. 7+ years in maintenance leadership. Competency with CMMS and office software; SAP and AutoCAD are advantages. Robust

mechanical/electrical

skills. Capability to handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs and a readiness to acquire a forklift license. Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and safety inspection is essential, along with expertise in CAD technology.
