in Lakeville, MA. These positions play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of quality, performance, and consistency that Titleist is known for.

Available Positions:

High Bay Forklift Operator

Shift:

2nd | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM + OT as needed

Pay:

$21.21/hour

Responsibilities:

Operate high bay power equipment to pick cases from elevated locations

Use LWM RF devices to store products in reserve locations

Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy

Receive, store, and ship products

Ensure internal production meets quality standards

Requirements:

High bay forklift experience required

Distribution Associate

Shift:

1st | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + OT as needed

Pay:

$19.28-$21.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Perform material handling tasks: receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping

Unload cartons from inbound containers/trailers and prepare for storage

Load cartons or pallets for outbound shipment

Requirements:

Distribution experience required

For Returns roles:

QA or Customer Service experience preferred

Custom Gear Support

Shift:

1st | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + OT as needed

Pay:

$19.38/hour

Responsibilities:

Organize product receipts and consolidate to PO for embroidery production

Review custom documentation for accuracy and completeness

Prepare VAS requirements including labels, laser plates, patches, and custom thread colors

General Requirements:

Warehouse experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Ability to operate power equipment (where applicable)

Must work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Respect for company policies and procedures
