Training Coordinator
Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Coordinator is responsible for performing the following duties: Maintain Insulet's Training System-Docebo. Assist with maintenance of new hire/ongoing training and quality assurance programs. Assign appropriate training curriculum and schedule training events to both new and existing employees. Ensure efficient and compliant quality systems interface with all aspects of the business. Responsibilities: Act as Administrator for Insulet's learning management system-Docebo. Develop expertise in Insulet's Training system to coordinate appropriate allocation of training. Provide training to employees on training process with the ability to provide a detailed overview of the training program. Work collaboratively with other functional groups to ensure timely completion and documentation in compliance with Training requirements. Perform monitoring, analysis activities and publish management reports. Provide inputs to Management Review, as required. Participate in training improvement projects. Participate in developing electronic courses, as needed. Maintain quality records and logs in compliance with FDA QSR and ISO 13485 standards. Effectively communicate any issues or concerns pertaining to training while ensuring staff compliance. Work with Quality, Documentation and Training groups to assess training effectiveness. Performs other duties, as required. Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: A High School Diploma One year of experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or within the Life Sciences Industry. Working knowledge of the Quality System Regulation (FDA 21 CFR Part 820) ISO 13485 quality system standards. One year of experience working with an Learning Management system. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Ability to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to all levels throughout the organization. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Preferred Skills and Competencies: BS degree, in Communications/Education/Adult Learning or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Working knowledge of the Taleo LMS system. Experience with Articulate or similar, online authoring tools. Experience in Adobe Acrobat. Ability to generate and maintain organized and accurate records. Must be able to interface with a variety of people including different technical levels, educational backgrounds and a range of personalities. Demonstrates appropriate level of adaptability, maintains a positive outlook and demonstrates composure under pressure. Physical Requirements (if applicable): Ability to work in an office environment. Note: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office.
