A law firm seeks a Real Estate Mid-Level Associate to join their Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, loans, and joint ventures.
Duties
Manage and execute a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Collaborate with team members on joint ventures and complex deals. Prioritize and manage workload effectively. Engage in client communications and negotiations. Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in a large law firm setting. Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to take on significant project responsibility. Education
Strong academic background required. Certifications
Bar admission in Texas preferred. Skills
