MillerKnoll Summer Internship Program

MillerKnoll's Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that provides a 100% real-world experience for students early in their careers. Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. As an IT Delivery Analyst Intern, you will focus on supporting the delivery of IT projects, including business analyst support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with system testing. What You'll Do Support IT Projects: Provide support on various IT and technology projects by assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders. Technology Research: Conduct research on new and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization. System Testing: Participate in the testing of software and hardware systems to ensure they meet business requirements and function properly. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to support technology initiatives. Reporting: Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations based on technology performance data. What You Bring Familiarity with basic IT concepts, data analysis, testing, and technology trends Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge or ERP project coordination and management Good communication skills for reporting technical findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies Education Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Technology Management, Business Information Technology, or a related field. You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
